Next, we'll build your framework together. We'll turn what you already know into a named method with The Framework Builder™, so you've got something that's clearly yours.

Then, we'll craft your story. We'll build it so the right people hear it and think "that's me". Then we'll shape it into a short version you can use on a podcast, on a stage or in your first video. Because when your message is clear, people remember you, and you stop being overlooked.

Here's what we're doing...

Our goal is simple: to take you from invisible expert to recognised authority in 90 days.

I went from turning down the chance to speak at my grandparents' funeral to building a business because of speaking.

I've spoken on over 200 podcast episodes, on stages up and down the country, and on global summits.

Right now, I'm working with experts like an AI consultant, a parenting expert, a property investor and an ADHD and health coach...

...they've built the confidence to get visible, speaking on camera, on podcasts and on stages, and turning that visibility into new clients.

We'll use The Niche Card™ to nail your niche, so the right people recognise themselves the moment you speak.

Then we'll use The Framework Builder™ to turn what you already know into a named method that's clearly yours.

And we'll craft your story around it, in a mix of group coaching, short lessons and 1:1 support, until your message is clear and memorable.

That's Phase 1: a month of getting clear, so everything you say from here on builds your name.

Phase 2: Visibility. Seen Weekly.

Now you've got something clear to say, it's time to say it where the right people can hear it.

1. We'll look at your Speaking Scorecard™ again, to see which kind of speaking will move you forward fastest right now.
2. Then we build your visibility in the right order, from solo, to borrowed, to owned:

• To get the reps in, Speak: Show Up Daily. Short videos to camera, 30 to 90 seconds. Reps over polish.
• To borrow trust, Guest: Borrow Audiences. Weekly podcast guest spots, starting with a guest slot on the Succeed Through Speaking podcast.
• To own the room, Present: Deliver Live. Your own 30 to 45 minute talk, webinar or workshop.
• And to take the dread out of the camera, you'll have the Stress-Free Camera Confidence Checklist.

Most gurus tell you to post more and crack the algorithm. But you can post every day for a year and still not be known. It's not about how many people see you. It's whether the right people find you.

No viral videos needed here.

So, Phase 2 gets you seen every week, by the right people.

Phase 3: Demand. People Reach Out.

We turn visibility into enquiries. We'll package and price your offer (Offer: Package Value), set up a simple way to capture interest (Leads: Capture Interest), and turn conversations into clients, calmly and without the hard sell (Sales: Close Deals).

You'll have personal guidance from me every week. We meet as a group on Zoom every Friday, 12 to 1pm (UK), to work through the next station, share wins and get you unstuck. And you'll be alongside a small group of experts in the same boat, which makes it much harder to quietly disappear.

1. You'll have short video lessons and worksheets for every station, so you always know exactly what to do next.
2. We finish with your graduation 1:1, where you score yourself again and we put day one next to day 90. It's the moment you see how far you've come.

You'll also have my eyes on your framework, your story and your pitches as you go. And if you get stuck, a quick WhatsApp will get you clear and moving.

We make it easy to get started.

We kick things off on Friday 16th October with your Speaking Scorecard™ and 1:1 onboarding, to decide the most important things you're going to work on in your first 30 days.

It's £1,497 to join, or four payments of £395 across the 90 days.

A £197 deposit holds your place when you apply, and comes off the price.

After that, you're welcome to keep climbing in the Inner Circle, month to month, as long as it's helping.

It's a small group of experts who are serious about being known for what they do, and I hope some of you stay for a long time.

If at day 90 you can't see measurable progress on your scorecard, I'll keep working with you for a further 30 days, at no extra cost.

And if I don't accept your application, your deposit comes straight back. No awkward conversations.
