I'm the founder of Succeed Through Speaking and host of the Succeed Through Speaking Podcast.

I've spent the first 30 years of my life becoming an expert at avoiding public speaking and presentations with a crippling fear of public speaking holding me back.

Having overcome my fear, mastered the art of public speaking and launching the business and podcast, I have spent the past to 10 years immersed in what makes a great presentation. This includes interviewing over 170 public speakers on my podcast and personally designing slides for hundreds of speakers and experts - helping them feel confident, look world-class, and sell with impact.

Step 1: Design Brief Call

An opportunity for us to learn more about you

We start with a short Zoom call to learn about your brand, audience, and the type of presentation you’re creating. This is your chance to share your vision, goals, and any content or materials you already have. We’ll also look at your existing slides (if you have any) to assess how we can elevate them. By the end of the call, we’ll be aligned on style, tone, and next steps.

Step 2: Design Phase

We will work on the first draft of your winning presentation

Next, we get to work designing your slides from scratch or upgrading your existing deck. You’ll receive a first draft of your deck based on your structure, messaging, and brand. Every slide is carefully crafted to ensure consistency, clarity, and visual appeal. You’ll see how your ideas start to come to life.

Step 3: Feedback & Revisions

Collaborating to ensure the slides are exactly how you want them 

Once you’ve reviewed the draft, we’ll go through any changes you’d like to make. This could include layout tweaks, branding updates, or refining key visuals. You’ll have 2–3 rounds of revisions to make sure everything feels exactly right. Our aim is to deliver a deck you’re excited to present.

Step 4: Final Delivery

The final step is for us to deliver your slide deck to you

When the design is approved, we’ll provide your slide deck in a fully editable PowerPoint or Keynote slide format. You’ll also receive guidance on how to present and customise your slides going forward. The final product is yours to use, update, and repurpose for future talks. You’ll walk away with a polished deck that helps you look and sound like a pro.

We will continue working with you on iterations until you are happy with the final presentation design.
